Question 1

What’s the difference between Arzen Dashcam and Arzen Dashcam Pro?

Accepted Answer

Both are equally reliable dual dash cams. Arzen Dashcam Pro features a Sony STARVIS 2 sensor for superior low-light performance, while Arzen Dashcam is ideal for standard driving conditions.

Question 2

Does Arzen Dashcam include a rear camera?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every Arzen Dashcam model comes with both front and rear cameras for complete coverage.

Question 3

Do I need to buy a separate memory card? What kind should I use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a memory card is not included with Arzen Dashcam. You’ll need to insert a high-endurance microSD card, designed for continuous recording. These cards are built to handle constant overwriting without data loss, unlike standard cards.
Arzen Dashcam supports up to 128GB high-endurance microSD cards, which can store roughly 10–15 hours of 1080p footage before automatically looping over older clips.

Question 4

Is there a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every Arzen Dashcam comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Question 5

How do I install the dash cam?

Accepted Answer

Arzen Dashcam can be installed in minutes.
Simply plug it into your car’s 12V socket for instant setup, or use the optional hardwiring kit for continuous power and Parking Mode (professional installation recommended).
A step-by-step installation guide is included in the box to help you through the process.

Question 6

How does the app work?

Accepted Answer

The Arzen App connects via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, giving you instant access to live footage, history, downloads, and settings directly on your smartphone

Question 7

How can I view or share my recordings?

Accepted Answer

You can view and share your recordings in two easy ways:
1. Using the Arzen App (Recommended): Connect your phone to the dashcam’s Wi-Fi to view live or saved footage, download important clips, and share directly - no need to remove the memory card.
